Manuel holds the degree of International Relations from the Autonomous University of Baja California, Post Degree Specialization on Finances of the Energy: Companies and Projects, from the Spanish Institute for Energy (ENERCLUB/Madrid), Master Degree on Law of Energy from Superior Institute of Energy (REPSOL’s Foundation/Madrid). Manuel is a candidate to a Ph.D. in Political Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid. At present, Manuel is working as an independent energy consultant and is the person in charge of energy affairs in the delegation National Action Party of Mexico in Europe (EuroPAN).
For years has been writing in several forums and he decided to create an energy blog. As a result, during the last twelve months, he develops a blog project to the group of consultant & brokers, BajaeNergy Services. This energy blog is named “The Energy Data Warehouse”, better known as BajaeNergyBLOG, just dedicated to share information about the actual energy sector between students.
Besides the G3nergy (in partnership with Digital-Folders Network), he continues as Head of BajaeNergyBlog, and writes for Domokyo (Swebloo Group) about energy efficiency and technology. Currently, he is preparing his final dissertation for the Complutense University of Madrid.
