We are now able to, to some extent, provide Live Support to our visitors.
This feature was a request from one of our members and it might prove very useful, specially in answering small questions or quickly troubleshoot problems.
So far we have been filling requests through our contact forms (email) or on our forum. With Live Support you’ll be able to get answers to those questions or requests in real time without the need to wait for your email to be answered. If the Live Support is Offline (we will not be able in the near future to provide 24/7 live support) you have the previously methods always available.
On some occasions, specially if quick feedback is required from our users, we have been asking for IM contacts. We are well aware that not everyone has IM software installed and this led to more delays. Now we’ll be able to ask members to get inside Live Support if that quick feedback is needed.
It could not be more simple. In the top right of our site, and displayed sitewide, is a “Live Support” icon. It can show either Online or Offline. If it is Online, it means that someone is behind the desk to help you. Just click on it and follow from there.
We hope this small feature turns into a useful addition and quickens the interactions between members and the network administrators.
Have anything to say about it? Why not try it now?
